Samosa Without Potato | Onion Samosa | Irani Samosa | Tortilla Onion Samosa

Ingredients:


  • 4 tortilla 

  • ½ cup onion (Finely chopped)  

  • ½ cup poha

  • 1 green chilli (Finely chopped)  

  • Some coriander

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ tsp amchoor powder

  • ¼ tsp chilli powder

  • ½ cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp ginger (Finely chopped) 

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour 

  • 1 ½ tbsp water


Method:



  1. Mix all the ingredients except tortilla and keep that aside. 

  2. Mix flour and water, make a paste.  

  3. Fold the tortilla into a triangle and cut it into four equal-sized pieces.  

  4. Apply flour paste & make a cone shape.  

  5. Fill the mixture in the cone, then close the edge (Don’t overfill).  

  6. Heat the oil and fry them in medium hot oil.  

  7. Fry them until they are crisp & golden in colour.   

  8. Note: Serve immediately as samosas or serve cold as stuffed pooris.
